About

In 2018, I started growing microgreens on my property in Wakefield QC, selling to local restaurants. I now live in New Glasgow NS signaling a new chapter in my passion to produce and distribute Microgreens to Nova Scotia restaurants.

Sunflower

Sunflower microgreens taste similar to sunflower seeds with a nutty under tone and a nice crunch. Sunflower microgreens are great in wraps, burgers, and sandwiches.

Arugula

Try arugula microgreens in salads, sandwiches, and soups. They make a surprisingly nice addition to pizza toppings, adding just a hint of hotness, and bringing out the other flavours.

Intricate green leaves with cilantro flavor. ​Medium-green leaves and stems. A very popular herb with bright, citrusy flavor. An elegant way to add cilantro flavor to dishes.
